Common DD & DD+ Symptoms
Common problems include no power, failure to come out of standby, blinking or abnormal front-panel behavior, hum or popping, intermittent output, distorted audio, shutdown under load, excessive DC offset, and units that appear to power up but do not produce normal output.
What We Service
Digital Drive systems combine several electronic sections that must work together correctly. Service can involve the power supply, amplifier and output stage, controller electronics, signal-processing circuitry, servo-related electronics, and the connections between those sections. The Amp Man services the electronics rather than the complete subwoofer cabinet.
Board-Level Diagnostics and Restoration
Each repair is evaluated at the circuit level using voltage checks, signal tracing, component testing, and functional verification. The goal is to identify the actual failed circuit and restore reliable operation rather than replace parts at random.
